Food took a long time to arrive and when it arrived it was cold! Salad came with lots of seasoning, lots of vinegar and the steak was cold.

I didn't like anything.
Even nothing. The food tasted reheated. It was cold and tasteless.

Homemade and very tasty food, quick to serve, however, the table service leaves something to be desired, a girl puts the bread without asking if we wanted any more starters and didn't even question what we wanted to drink, she also didn't leave the menu. It was worth the boy's quickness and insight that his service was 5*. The price is affordable, there is no MB and the friendliness of the owner made us forget what happened. Repeating.

On vacation in Lisbon but passing through Fatima for the day, we were looking for a place for our meal. After hesitating for a long time, we received wonderful advice from the manager. And she surprises a simple, friendly place with a manager who takes great care of his customers like you don't see anymore these days. Very good food, aperitif, wine everything was excellent. And the most surprising thing about all of this is the price. For a service and quality of service of this order the prices are more than affordable. At a time when all restaurateurs are increasing their prices, because everything is increasing, we have the impression that this restaurant has remained timeless, but with impeccable quality.I recommend this address and thank the manager for making us so comfortable and bravo for his expression in French because we were very lacking in Portuguese and even in English.

Portuguese food atmosphere, great red wine, fair price, the owners have a very cute cat, which lives around the restaurant. They are attentive, we get involved with the family stories, including the owner's son has a band called @thepeorth, follow them on Instagram lol.Apparently every week there is a service inside the restaurant, they are very welcoming, when I was leaving the owner noticed that I had a sore throat and gave me onion skins to make tea, and I can only say one thing: It was a holy remedy ☺️

Very friendly service, even if we barely spoke English, we were able to communicate easily. Price-performance ratio is top!!! Simple but very tasty. Cake, dessert, beer and brandy highly recommended. Another restaurant that we found by chance and will only have good memories. Thanks !!!

I have been craving some traditional Portuguese dishes since my last visit to Portugal (over 12 years ago!) and I did find one of my all time favorites here at Restaurante Polo Norte. Really enjoyed the food and it was not just because I missed it so much, it met and exceed my expectations! (considering that my comparable is mom's cooking's). Friendly and caring service made the experience a complete pleasure. Will definitely recommend and will visit again when back in the "hood".
