Poor customer service, they gave us the old menu. We ordered a pizza, with mushrooms, cheese and ham, when it arrived it only had ham, and they limited themselves to saying that they had just made a mistake in giving us the old menu, and made a random pizza without telling us or asking for another. Then we ordered roast chicken and it came completely cold and the pizzas were the same. In short, better customer service. In the end, they were still going to charge us for the coffees, but we heard from an employee who at least had the decency to offer the coffee. It takes two stars for this employee who had this perception.
