Well, I am, I was a client of this house for a few years. In particular, I frequented this restaurant, not only because it was close to my area of residence but also because of the traditional "Francesinha" dish. I was a customer at the Nortenha restaurant and as it lost all its quality. About 6 months ago, at the Paragem restaurant I took the family to eat the traditional "Francesinha" after everyone was seated, orders were placed, everyone was snacking on the starters and the sad news came (we don't have enough sauce for the 6 "francesinhas" Apologies! ... Last Tuesday, 07/23/2024, again with family, 5 people. 4 "francesinhas" and a portion of veal chops, rare is not raw, I don't know what the cook considers rare. The "francesinhas" are authentic piles of salt, I told the waiter, he said it was the sauce, then it was no longer the sauce because it doesn't contain salt, he says, he says that more customers were eating more francesinha, the truth is I didn't see no one eating francesinha, apologies here, look there, the dishes were returned practically intact, two of them only removed the steak to make it edible with the potatoes. At the time of the bill there were many apologies but they paid for everything. taking into account quality is lacking. In my decision, I will not return to this restaurant nor do I recommend it.
