I went to this place with my family last week, we ordered (snails, toasted bread, woodpecker and dogs). The drinks came, the dog, the woodpecker and snails came...nothing!
After all, there were no more, but tables that came later managed to eat snails.
When we complain they say there was an error. But they knew how to put the toasted bread (which also didn't come) on the bill...
The snails may be good, at least in other years they were, but the service leaves a lot to be desired.

I went to Rei dos Caracóis with my family. A routine that I have always made a point of following (both for the deliciousness of the snacks and the environment) for many years now. Nowadays there is a notable decrease, which evolved from other recent times. I'll explain. I requested woodpecker, dogs, snails and toast to open the meal. When the initial order was delivered, the snails and respective toast did not appear. I found it strange because in the meantime more customers arrived and asked for snails and they were served. When asked about our incomplete order, the response was that they no longer had snails, in a rude and arrogant manner. I asked for the bill and they still charged me for the toast. Finally, for us, the King is deposed, long live freedom of choice.
