Can’t say enough good things about this place. The service was absolutely phenomenal, the staff very friendly and attentive, food was excellent and that view of the beach can’t be beaten. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone in the area

Great vibe. Got so busy that they totally forgot to serve us any additional drinks after we’d received our food. 4 of our 14 in the party had the Monkfish stew main meal which tasted great but was no bigger than a starter so all 4 were left hungry, quite simply a few extra pieces of ravioli would have done the trick.

Nice setting but disappointing experience. This is the factory, including the attitude of the staff. Ordinary dishes, fish is expensive compared to other restaurants, questionable quality of the products (sick when leaving the restaurant). We were seated at the back of the restaurant near the cash register under the pretext that most of the tables were reserved but many conveniently located tables remained empty throughout our lunch. Disappointing experience.

Great place to eat. Child-friendly restaurant, good service. The food is really very good and the wines taste delicious. Live music in the evening.
We booked a reservation for four in advance, and arrived early to a mostly empty restaurant. Maybe a quarter full. In full view of several perfectly nice open and available tables, they tried to seat us in a cramped table right at the exit, the kind of table usually used on latecomers. When we protested and asked for something else, they tried to give us another cramped table under the chefs next to another table piled with junk and grocery bags. We felt very unwelcome and ultimately decided to leave rather than be uncomfortable during our meal. We couldn't figure out why they had no problem disrespecting us and thought maybe the only apparent reason was that we booked under our Portugese friend's name, and perhaps we would have been treated better had they thought we were British tourists. We wandered down the beach to a fun restaurant called Escondidinho which was right on the beach, breezy, welcoming and much more fun.. Skip Club Nau unless you like dining with British tourists with lots of little kids.

Great drinks, quick and friendly service and the atmosphere is superb for a beach. Nau gives you the possibility to choose between a more formal setting inside/in the restaurant area or more casually on the beach before entering the ‘restaurant’ area. The food is a pleasant surprise, and we would definitely recommend the soft shell crabs. We are used to high quality food, and this is meeting the standard. The beach atmosphere is just taking it up a notch! ?
