I had the vegan burger and chips and it was really lovely the staff are so friendly and can't be more helpful. Highly recommend could have plain strawberry for dessert

this restaurant is truly a diamond in the rough!!! amazing food (the paella, the sirens treasure and any meet meal were SO good) the service was incredible (we are tourists travelling from canada and we only speak french and english and two servers spoke french to accommodate us!!!) and the place is really cute:))

At first glance, this is a place I would rather avoid: large menu, lots of seats, seems like mass processing. But everything was fine. Starter 2x shrimp, then 2x beef fillet and 2x lamb chops and for dessert 2x chocolate cake. Every plate was nicely presented, the prawns were a dream and perfectly prepared (deveined and with the head already removed), the fillets were grilled to perfection and the lamb chops were to die for. Even the fries were some of the best we've ever had on our plate. The dessert was also great. There were four of us and we only had €145 on the lid including drinks. Price/performance unbeatable. The service was attentive (butts were on the table = ashtrays were brought without us asking) and quick despite the many guests. The selection of desserts was presented at the table so you knew what was coming. Even if it doesn't look like it: 100% recommendation.

In a square with a lot of atmosphere Very efficient in service We ordered a fish soup, two grilled sea bream, salmon, chicken breast and spaghetti bolognese, all of this plus drinks and for dessert a strawberry and chocolate cake and a glass of ice cream, for five people it cost us 105 euros. The fishing village atmosphere is present and perhaps it has been what I liked most about the south of Portugal.

We came for a walk to the town and chose this restaurant for dinner among the many in the same square. A complete success!! The food is very good, good variety and abundant. The lasagna is very good and the salmon is delicious. Highly recommended!

Just had an excellent lunch, 2 lunch menus, really nice fresh grilled sea bass, friendly service and nice atmosphere at the square.
I only ate the clams but let me tell you, they are the best clams I have ever eaten! Seasoned perfectly and with a sauce that makes you want a lot of bread to dip it in. Great!

I find Ferragudo very infuriating. This is 3 meals we've had, of which 2 have been here, which have been lovely. BUT, both times here AND the other restaurant the food arriving at the table has been rubbish. First time here, 9 of us, 7 meals arrived and after much chasing and those 7 meals being finished, final 2 arrived. This time, 8 of us, 7 meals arrived, again Lasagne was a good 5 mins later, then puds, 4 out of 6 arrived and like first course we had to chase, 7 mins later they arrived. It's lovely food, in a lovely setting, it just needs organising.

Delicious meal!!!!!! Starter, meal, sangria for €16! Wow the service, the best of all the restaurants in the Algarve! We are going to go back there before returning to Canada!!!
