Located by the beautiful Lago Azul, Maven is a restaurant that may not look like much from the outside, but the Maven burger is tasty and generously portioned. There is indoor and outdoor seating, but it can get busy during peak hours. Service is decent, although a bit slow at times. Don't miss out on the Açaí ice cream for dessert before taking a dip in the lake.

The goat cheese salad at Maven was described as divine, and the view from the restaurant is wonderful. The staff was friendly, even during their lunch hour, and the meals arrived promptly. However, a large puddle near the entrance made for a slightly unpleasant experience, as it was not tended to by the staff. Despite this, the food was rated a perfect 10 out of 10.

The house hamburger at Maven is excellent, paired with delicious fries. The sauce is a standout, and the caipirinha is highly recommended. While food prices are a bit high, the drink prices make up for it. Service was a bit disorganized, with longer wait times and disoriented staff. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. Overall, despite some service issues, Maven offers a great dining experience, especially being the only place serving food on the river beach.
