I'm thin, but a foodie. If it's not the daughter's carbonara leftovers - that left some room for something else.....

Escolhemos este local para umas mini-férias em família (com crianças). Local com uma vista fantástica. Alojamento com boas dimensões e condições higiénicas. Possui duas piscinas que tanto agradam miudos como graúdos. Por fim, todo o staff é super atencioso.

They wanted to charge 5€ per person just for the simple fact that there was a birthday cake, lunch with 10 people, so the act of singing happy birthday and eating the cake (taken by us) would cost 50€! Unfortunately the “boss” was always very busy and never showed up, she just sent messages, saying that it was a hotel law… bad experience!

Tendo que cancelar a estadia (desenhadas férias de família) por motivos que no são totalmente alheios (viatura bloqueada por razões associados a segurança no âmbito da visita papal) contactámos a unidade hoteleira explicando a anormalidade da situação. Compreendo a política de cancelamento (1 noite de débito quando faltam menos de 5d), apelando ao facto de ser por um motivo muito excepcional, sugerimos que a unidade nos permitisse gozar esse valor (ficando em crédito) a curto prazo (ex 30/60d). Vindo de Lisboa (alges), o mais natural, seria até acabarmos por ficar mais que uma noite para justificar a viagem. A Direcção foi totalmente incompreensível e inflexível , debitando de imediato uma noite. Lamentável . Por uma noite, se perde um futuro cliente .

Muito sossegado, excelente atendimento e muito bonito e limpo. Apartamentos grandes e com vista deslumbrante. A piscina funciona muito bem. Hall de entrada amplo e acolhedor. A decoração também muito boa.

A limpeza do apartamento deve ser melhorada. Os utensílios e loiças são muito limitados. Falta um bar de apoio a piscina. O parque infantil é pequeno e sem sombras. O espaço do apartamento é enorme e com uma vista espectacular! Tem um estacionamento gratuito.
