Absolutely divine meal! The best meat I've eaten in a long time. An empty one (with shrimp) and a picanha that leaves you crying for more!! Good passion fruit sangria and everything was so good that (much to my regret) I couldn't find space for the desserts I saw passing by in the room...!!! I would go back more often if I lived nearby (which is not the case), but when I return to the area and the region, I will definitely return to Taberna. I only give 5 stars because there are no more ??

One of the best places we’ve ever eaten. Mixed grill for four people costs €98 euros including sides. Very reasonable price and wonderful service. Will be going back!!!!

The grill is king and the meat is perfectly prepared, making your mouth water.

Had a meat platter for 5 people, the side dishes and meat were great! But I would always order the plates for one less person because the portions are huge. The restaurant is very nicely decorated.

Didn't know that it's apparently common practice in Portugal for the starter to be served just like that without ordering it. Thought it was a free starter as is common in other restaurants in Europe. The fact that the starter alone cost a total of €14.50 was very disappointing. The food itself was very tasty.
Well, next time I'll be smarter and have the food that's on the table put away again!

This a bit more pricey than other restaurants around, but the food was very tasty. What we did not enjoy was that we constantly felt pressured to order more. They were putting on our table random plates for appetizer and side dish, that we did not ask for.
