Nice place, with benefits. Like eating upstairs, and winning tickets to play at the casino + a place per person for a show in the casino room, and all that at 10 euros per menu. A loyalty card can be made to benefit from a 10% discount on all consumption.

Only went there to eat the famous Francesinhas and left disappointed. The cloakroom staff lady that was very kind in telling us the way for the Francesinhas but the staff wasn't friendly at all, mostly with a robotic voice of what we wanted and never asking if the food was good or if we needed anything else. The Francesinha was the worst I've eaten so far and I never managed to finished the actual dish. The egg was cold, the cheese was salty, the beef was mushy, the sausage tasted as if it came out of dog canned food, and the fries were tasteless. Definitely never visiting again.

Good price for a francesinha plus 2 fines and coffee. Potatoes are separate, but cheap. It was very filling, however the sauce was very salty and a little thick. The casino itself is good, it has several slot machines, roulette, blackjack and live poker.

Some unpresentable... They prohibit me from entering for wearing a cap. Inside I see people much worse dressed than me. I for pleasure... I wear the cap due to an accident and I have 7 stitches on my head. The girl at the entrance doesn't see reason... It doesn't matter, my money is worth the same as anyone else's, but I have felt despised by a lady who believes she is superior to anyone...

Went to a Gala, I honestly enjoyed it, we were very well received in a spectacular environment.
Modern, spacious building with a beautiful concert hall. One of the games rooms looks like a palace room, richly decorated and in an antique style. Very friendly and helpful receptionists.
