The service was good, but it is a very overrated ice cream. The quality is terrible. Do you want better ice cream? Go to the supermarket. I expected the creaminess and flavor of a good ice cream. Instead, I have found artificial ice cream, full of air and expensive. €5.20 for a medium tub with two BALLS, not two flavors placed with a spatula. The flavors are quite limited. You will NOT find pistachio ice cream, or Oreo, or Kinder, or stracciatella, or fiordilatte. There are apples, berries, pipocas... I ordered one with emanha and chocolate and banana. Its classic flavor is not bad. The one with chocolate and banana had never seen a banana in his life, Julio. The atmosphere and the terrace are good. At 2pm in June it wasn't very busy. Not recommended. Next time we won't be back.

One of them was super arrogant and rude, it seemed like she was acting like she was working... super confusing service, half a room, four super disorganized employees, after serving customers they went to the kitchen to talk and all you could hear was laughter. We saw people looking at the ice cream display and no one came to help...

I've known this house for years and have never been treated so poorly.
Today my sister had her birthday, we ordered a cake to sing happy birthday and no one knew the name of the cake to be billed... how is that possible?!!?
I will never go to this house again, it's getting worse and worse... I had already thought it was losing quality but today we put an end to this house...
