Attention!Employees with a lot of lack of professionalism and a very arrogant and unfriendly boss.Me, my wife and my 3 children aged 9, 5 and 2, we were waiting 30 minutes without being attended to, several signs were made to two employees, they looked but never bothered to come and pick up the order. I went the first time to ask if they were going to take care of me, an employee replied yes: as soon as I have time!I waited another 10 minutes, went back inside the establishment to ask if I was going to be served or if I had to complain in the complaints book!? With a lot of arrogance and a huge lack of professionalism, the boss replies: if writing isn't even worth ordering, write and leave!!! So it was done, I left a complaint in the book, I invite you to read some complaints about the book before asking for something in this establishment, you will be surprised! I'm glad I didn't ask for anything in this "house"!

Não tenho muito o dizer sobre o lugar. Só fui uma vez para pedir um hotdog para Take out, que foi provavelmente o hotdog mais insípido que eu já provei na minha vida. O espaço interno é bem pequeno, então não é recomendável em dias de chuva ou muito frio. A pessoa que me atendeu foi bastante educado e amigável, então isso é um ponto positivo.

We were passing through, had a coffee and later lunch. We only went back the 2nd time to eat because we are not from the area, we were looking for something cheap and simple to eat.Terrible service, honestly I don't think I've ever dealt with a service like this, the place was basically empty (there were only +2 tables occupied), employees don't say anything when you enter the place, or they talk while turning their backs with a clearly displeased look (we're just customers wanting to take advantage of a service, we understand if someone is having a bad day, but the behavior was unacceptable). We always try to be friendly with a smile, but dealing with employees who look like they are doing freight for serving us is very unpleasant. I mean, it got to the point where when we said our order the lady didn't say anything just ? and turned away. They don't say thank you, nothing, does it seem like an obligation to say it or do you pay for it?Very strange interactionsFor the rest, food nothing to point out, acceptable quality priceDue to the experience we had, we will not return to the place, we will look for another placePerhaps training or positive reinforcement by management to create a better environment
