I went to dinner with my family on Sunday.
I asked if I could change ingredients on the pizza and they said yes. As I don't eat meat, I asked for the chicken pizza to be replaced with shrimp, and they said yes. The girl who served us was super helpful, repeated everything she said and indicated the correct order.
The chicken pizza has the following ingredients:
Tomato, cheese, chicken, boiled egg, mushrooms and oregano.
A pizza with cheese, ham and prawns arrived at the table.
I thought I had misread the ingredients and was going to take out the ham and eat it that way. Meanwhile I remembered the mushrooms and went inside to check the ingredients on the board. The pizza came with ham that was not part of the pizza and without the mushrooms and egg that it should have. I said discreetly and politely to the boy who was at the counter who went to the kitchen and imperceptibly he must have given the message to the cook who started shouting and fussing and saying that it was the fault of the customer who had gotten all confused, I was in the opposite corner of the room. counter and the entire restaurant echoed the lady's fury. I went to the kitchen door and said that I didn't mix anything up, I simply replaced the chicken with mushrooms. A man from the back of the kitchen still tells me - There's a door there!
I didn't go into the kitchen, I just went to the door because the lady was shouting as if I had messed up. The staff were all impeccable, except for the two gentlemen who were in the kitchen.
The boy who told me the pizza was wrong brought me another pizza and was always extremely polite. However, I didn't accept it. After listening to the lady, I could no longer even eat, much less something she made.
You can see from my profile that I only make comments to recognize good service, but bad manners of this level I have never seen before
I give it one star, because unfortunately Google forces me to review it.
SORRY, hungry today, after several hours of travel we stopped at this restaurant for lunch, I felt uncomfortable for the employees of this establishment as they frowned when we asked if they still served lunch or if they made something to eat, to which they replied just nails on the plate ( and I wonder how a restaurant open to the public, which advertises pizzas, francesinhas, a la carte dishes, I don't even know if they have it because they didn't even offer it, they immediately limited the choices, it's this or nothing else).
We then ordered the prego, hoping to comfort our stomach and continue our journey, it couldn't have been worse. We sat on the terrace and within 2 minutes they served the prego, if it could be called prego, they served two completely hard steaks, completely raw, the salad stank of vinegar the sticky rice and tasteless rice from the bottom of the pan, the batter all dark and crushed save the egg, which despite being undercooked could still be eaten.
In short, I paid 22 euros and left all the food on the plate because it wouldn't even go down my throat. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this establishment either because of the food or the friendliness, I advise the owner of this establishment to change the cook and teach basic restaurant and hygiene and food safety rules.
Having lunch at this restaurant was exactly the same as throwing my money in the trash as I had to pay for an expense that I wasn't even able to enjoy, they even charged me for two breads that were neither ordered nor eaten. A shame.

I hadn't come here for pizza for a while and I was surprised, the service was quick and the pizza was the best due to the quality of the dough and ingredients (and it was very big!).
Cheap price, almost unfair.

Restaurant abordable mais pas de la grande cuisine
Restaurantji Recommends
Not a big restaurant but it's affordable and the portions are generous. Very, overcooked chicken...probably reheated and without sauce. Soggy fries. The pizza is very recommendable.

We went because of the esplanade which is delicious. But getting there what surprised us was the food. Homemade seasoning. Very good.We will definitely be back.

On the way to Gerês, we “stumbled” on this place. In bad timing we did. We opted for the daily rates (7.50€) and this was a unique experience not to be repeated. The soups were extremely salty and the feijoada, which came to the table 2 to 3 minutes after the soups, was simply inedible. As for the “staff”, just say that after payment, not even a “thank you”! Interestingly, what even made us choose this space was the fact that it was even well composed of people, who knows why…
