I did 50km to go eat capon like I do every year! On Sunday, I got Tarasco, 1 time! The ones I know were either closed or there was no gelding left for anyone... I honestly didn't like it and I'll tell you why: I booked, I arrived at the table at the agreed time and it arrived at the table 40 minutes later! but I would even overcome the delay if I was treated well afterwards, but I wasn't!.. I made the mistake of ordering a capon for two instead of asking for half a capon (I have the excuse that capon doses never came to me, but there is always one time...), this why!..because they only gave me the back and a tiny wing, this was the first sensation!.. but that wasn't all, the filling was very salty and the animal should have had more time in the oven to become more tender, on top of that the knives they don't cut it!.if they weren't they looked like they were for dessert!.. Anyway, this doesn't mean that I won't go back to Paços, I know it's much better!
