“We ate Iberian pork and grilled salmon. Both very good. The side dishes and desserts are also very good. The white sangria is superb. Absolutely recommended. Too bad it was closed the next day for dinner (it was Sunday). Very kind staff.
Place off the beaten track and frequented by locals.“

“Very cozy little place ideal for eating on the go, but with unfriendly service and speaking neither French nor English, without any help to advise. Excellent sandwiches and very well served with sweet potato chips and grapes. I recommend 100% in this town of Obidos where many restaurants are adapted to tourists and are no longer really authentic“
“When I went on holiday with my parents and brothers to São Martinho do Porto over 35 years ago, we would always grab a tasty pastry from Concha after a trip to the beach. Luckily, this bakery still exists, so we enjoyed a lovely cup of coffee with two delicious, flavourful pastries. Finger-lickin’ good. What's really nice is that you can sit in the cosy patio behind the bakery, allowing you to enjoy your coffee and pastries at your leisure even more!“
“A good place if one wants to live the Portuguese experience of a pastry shop. Of course, a little badly organized and with some slightly unfriendly ladies. I went 3 times for breakfast, I picked up my table without having to do it because to serve 5 tables inside it seems that they need a lot of staff and the ladies, none of the three days, thanked me. It is an endemic disease in Portugal. There is a bit of dryness in customer service. It seems that the foreigner bothers them. Of course, their cakes are wonderful.“
“The best local place to get your breakfast, lunch or easy dinner. They have fresh bread and pastries, good coffee and fresh juice. Service is super nice and friendly. It's possible to sit inside and outside.I recommend ordering pão de deus which is one of the best I've got in Portugal and bread with cheese and butter (if you get there in the time when the bread comes out of the oven it's the best experience cause melted cheese and butter rocks?)“
“(Translated by Google) Pure sympathy and attention and care in customer service. Tasty comfort food and homemade desserts are always hard to resist!(Original)Pura simpatia e atenção e cuidado no atendimento ao cliente. Comida saborosa de conforto e sobremesas caseiras, sendo sempre difícil de resistir!“

“Bica da Lagoa in Bom Sucesso is a delightful cafe/restaurant that leaves a lasting impression. Their friendly demeanor and prompt service make you feel right at home.Restrooms: Cleanliness matters, and Bica da Lagoa doesn’t disappoint. The well-maintained restrooms add to the overall positive ambiance.Prices: You'll find the prices reasonable, allowing you to enjoy a satisfying meal without breaking the bank.Food: Ah, the highlight! After a refreshing beach walk, we stepped in for a quick bite. The Apple Pie was great with the right amount of apples, not dry, good crust, etc (feedback from professional baker). And let’s talk about the Espresso—bold, aromatic, and perfectly brewed. But the star of the show? The Chocolate Cake. Moist, rich, and decadent, it hits all the right notes. I appreciate your discerning taste—checking for the balance between moistness and flavor. This chocolate cake nailed it.Verdict: We’re already planning our next visit.
