On 7/7 I was passing through with my family at the end of the day, around 6:30 pm approximately, as we had already heard about the place we decided to stop and try it out. ! The place is easily accessible, with a pleasant terrace, so far everything was ok... I arrived, waited a while to find out if there was a table for 4, as no one approached us, I ended up approaching a new guy and asking if there was still a table and if we could sit down, to which the answer was yes... we sat outside at the wooden tables and waited for the service, which initially wasn't very warm, but I gave it a go because I noticed that they were somewhat busy... It took approximately 15 to 20 minutes to wait for someone to come and help us, 15 minutes is guaranteed... The staff passed by, sometimes they looked, other times they looked but pretended, I can say that I wasn't the only one in this situation, I counted around 6 people. at the front desk and no one approached us, I ended up getting up and leaving without dinner! I can understand that they could even be there on an anomalous day, but that doesn't imply carelessness in the service, they just had to go to the table, even if it was just to say hello and explain that the service was taking a little longer, they would have understood and then perhaps they would have stayed... I very honestly hope that they rethink and reevaluate their service method, sometimes a simple gesture is enough to build loyalty and attract new customers. My comment may not be of much use and probably based on my experience I won't be returning, but I couldn't let it pass without letting you know about my displeasure on this issue.
