I hate to say but vegetarian options are not suitable for vegetarians or the people have allergies. I have asked staff inside they use same grill for vegetarians and meat. In some Burger king they use different grill for vegetarians and vegan. I don’t understand why do you have vegetarian and vegan option if you don’t have standards that you can maintain.

The differentiating factor of this BK is that instead of fast food, it is slow food. After waiting 40 minutes for my order (two of the cheapest and simplest menus and 10 onion rings), I asked for my money back and left. I have no idea how long I would have to wait. Bad experience.

For those looking for a quick meal, this is definitely not the best place... 30 minutes to wait!!! It's not enough to respond "We're sorry..."They have to act, change... as this situation has been recurring.

The manager from last night in the driver was just shouting inside the store with the microphone open and everyone outside hearing shouts and swearing with customers, like “fo…go to MC Donalds Caralh…” this because the drive was full at 9pm: Approximately 15 minutes, and he went out the back door to talk to a customer who was honking his horn as if he hadn't said anything. It's such a sad disregard and lack of preparation from this manager, director and supervisor who must apparently share such an attitude since it's not the first time. Therefore, I am forwarded to the expansion director of Burger King Ibérica Portugal S/A, Mr. Nuno.

The staff at this location exhibit good customer service skills but we came in midday on a Saturday and they’ve run out of ALL soups.It took roughly 15 minutes for a simple order of fries, onion rings and cheese balls to come in (it was’t busy.)The order machine declines card payment so the only option is cash, which is strange for a global fast food chain.

If you go to Burger King in Mafra, and then the one in Malveira, you will notice a huge difference.While in Malveira we are talking to efficient and polite people, in Mafra, every time I go there, I only see Broncos, who seem to be speaking Chinese to them.Only as a last resort, in Mafra only Mc Donalds.The answer they gave me, however, means nothing to me.They treat people like you, when they don't know them anywhere, a lack of respect for the customer and the response, it seemed to me more like "say it, we're not going to change anything.Shameful

The manager was just humiliating the employees, speaking badly. I even felt sorry for them. No, that's how you treat people at work, you have to have the least amount of respect. The food, they didn't give me the burger I ordered.

Lots of space inside with a pleasant atmosphere, lots of parking spots...but what really wins me over is the drive-through opened until 2am (and sometimes even 4am)! Perfect for a midnight snack or even a late late night meal ?Not many complaints, just the usual: some mixed up orders but when it happens it's promptly fixed.

On vacation, I went there with my family because I think the restaurants are good. Well this one, don't go there. Garbage bags full in front of the entrance. And it's even worse inside. The tables are disgusting and garbage is strewn on the ground and even worse under the trash cans (they look like they have holes in them). HORRIBLE! I dare not imagine the state of the kitchen, a blow to catch food poisoning. Seeing all this we left without ordering. What I don't understand is how it can be so dirty when there are hardly any customers. Only deserves 0 stars. RUN AWAY! A SHAME!
