To give 1 star is already too much for this establishment. The employees who are dedicated to pleasing customers and doing the opposite leave a lot to be desired. In addition to being uneducated, they are extremely arrogant and unpleasant towards customers. I made a simple order in which the employees took about 35 minutes to bring the order. In addition to the waiting time, the food was all cold and the potatoes completely unsalted. It was the first and last time I came to this establishment.
Suggestions for the establishment new management, more competent employees and with at least the education of not turning their backs on customers without wanting to say good morning, good afternoon or good night. Because the employees who are there don't even wish customers a good meal, they turn their backs when they are talking to them.
I have a lot more to criticize but I read some comments and from the moment I read them I was in a bad mood. To add that the toilets are not 100% clean. And on the top floor there is a lack of cleanliness in the dining room. On the lower floor I wanted a table to eat and they were all dirty. If I knew what I know now I would never have set foot there.

The online service does not work, the parking lot reserved for this service is always occupied as parking, despite an employee always being present right in front of the macdrive payment.
I had to call attention twice for the order made. At the end I went around the park to the exit and the disabled seats were all occupied... anyway!!!
So much delay and the potatoes were cold, without organization both inside and outside....
It's unfortunate, it's better to go to burger king....
