A nice place popular with locals. They have a selection of sandwiches, small dishes, and lots of drink options. When we were there it was hard to get a seat because it was so busy, but the service was still fast. Communicating in English not necessarily the easiest but overall we really enjoyed our stop here.
Bar Castrinhos offers a wide variety of food and drinks, all made with fresh, local ingredients. The menu features traditional Madeiran dishes, as well as a variety of international options. The bar also has an extensive selection of beer, wine, and cocktails.
Relaxed and very pleasant place. Great for spending a good time with friends and family, of course always accompanied by beautiful ponchas, nikitas or even Pé de Cabra. All these traditional drinks are served in this bar. Also worth highlighting is the variety of beers from all over the world. Very good. I recommend!
