The food is great as are the prices, but unfortunately they give priority to foreigners and serve Madeirans very poorly. Not a smile, service to send us off and take a long time, we always wait until the end. Unfortunately, I am very sorry not to return.

Worst service... 45 minutes of sitting waiting and even calling the employee and he still says to wait... watching customers who arrived later and we were always there waiting... we went to the counter to ask to serve us and they said to wait! ! We ended up leaving and I certainly won't be returning or recommending it to anyone!

One star for the great view of the sea! Unfortunately we had to wait a whole 2 hours for the food. The service was friendly, but totally understaffed. Maybe there was also a lack of good staff in the kitchen. Unfortunately, we cannot share the many positive reviews about the food. ...dry fish, disappointing tomato soup and a very boring sandwich. The toilets were dirty, without toilet seats or paper. We probably won't be coming back

Big portions and good. We ate espada with banana and when we expected one fish, we got 2, so you can eat a lot. Nice service. When it comes to prices, for so much food it is very good because at this price the portions are 1/3 smaller.

Bad experience ? Everything was very bad, from the service to the food.
It started badly, they had a mobile signboard announcing the dishes, but there was almost nothing written on it. The person who served us had no ability to deal with people/customers. Terrible in attitude, in dealing with people, zero empathy, with very bad manners. I didn't even know the dishes that were written.
There weren't the dishes we wanted, we ended up staying the same - big mistake ? The feeling that nothing good would come of it came to pass.
We ordered tuna steak and sardines, both grilled. The steak was dry, the sardines were dry, over-grilled, even the skin was burnt like charcoal on some of them, practically inedible.
In the end, the waiter still questioned whether the sardines weren't good, because he had left practically everything on the plate, to which I explained to him with delicacy and politeness that in fact they weren't really good.
After this conversation, we ordered our coffees and the bill, and didn't you have the courage to charge for everything, including the portion of the 6 sardines served that had been left almost untouched on the plate! He even charged for an imperial spilled by accident at the beginning of the meal. ?
This person's attitude and attitude are impressive! He wasn't there to bother me, I was on vacation, and I just wanted to forget that bad experience quickly, so I decided to pay and not complain, or call management, nothing!
Everything was very bad, even the simple salad was not good, quite dubious due to the taste of some parts.
