Good meat. Wagyu nice
Appetizers were good. Sides were ok. Tartar steak was very good. But, please, do@not order beef rib steak. It is chewy and just bad.
Nice service, really good local wine and the food was really great!
This was our first visit here although we have tried to get in before. The food and service were very good and we will be back on our next visit to Madeira
This restaurant offers a lovely menu of local cuisine, and is located in the Casino area of Funchal. It has easy access to the centre within a short walk. We enjoyed a family dinner here where we enjoyed the steak on a stick as our mains and freshly cooked local Bolo do Caco for our starter, as well as the most amazing chocolate mousse we have ever eaten for dessert. It's menu is well-priced, the portions were perfect, and suitable for a range of age groups. I would recommend this restaurant. We reserved a table in advance, and I would encourage the same, as it is a very popular destination and can get busy.
Tried at last We have often thought of coming here over the years and finally managed it today Had a great meal, good service. Will be back on our next trip
Food was okay. Service was not so good. I hope it was because They needed more waitress that night.
We both had sirloin steak with fries and local veg. One of the best steaks ever - and we eat out regularly! Wine recommendations were spot on and service was friendly and attentive. We are booking again before we leave - superb!!
We ate at Beef and Wines last night. The food was absolutely beautiful and the wine to match. The service was fantastic. We will definitely return on our next trip to Madeira ❤️
It was nice to see that the menu was quit small, always a sign of quality. The wine menu however is really big (as the name of the place suggests). The food was okay. We had both espetadas. But at other places in Funchal, they tasted better to be honest. The sweet potatoes as side dish were a bit bland. Compared to other places we ate during out stay in Madeira, it is hard to give this place more than 3 stars. Again, not bad, but nothing out of the ordinary. (my girlfriend said 4/5 stars)

A warm welcome greets you as you arrive. All the staff are friendly and attentive (but not intrusive). Food is excellent, starters of Stuffed Mushrooms and Arancini followed by what is the main event here beef! The Pichana cooked to your liking is mouthwatering. The steaks cooked to perfection.
Great meat and very generous on the picanha!

Jucy PicanhaWe chose this restaurant especially for the picanha. The meat was cooked perfectly, the sauted vegetables were delicios and the waiter recommended a very good wine for the beef. The price was quite decent considering the quality of the meat and the “all you can eat” option for this dish.
