The food is delicious, the atmosphere is great. When I asked the bartender what wine he suggested – “Segredos de Sao Miguel”. Since I liked the wine, when I asked where I could buy it, the answer was that it is not available in stores, and you can only buy it in your bar for 20EUR. It is a pity that the bartender is a liar, because in a wine store you can buy it for 3.2EUR.. Unfortunately, the place is great, but it is a pity that the bartender lies like that... No one should buy wine for such prices :)

Choice of sides: homemade chips, rice or boiled potatoes. We chose to have some fresh vegetables as well.
Bolo do caco is a must in Madeira anyway, here is no exception. Highly recommend the Bodiao fish ?✨

The restaurant is full of atmosphere and the food is fantastic, I have returned many times. The pregos are the best I’ve had so far and would highly recommend the passionfruit cheesecake.
We have been on the island for 21 days. We've been almost everywhere and eaten everything. But this is the best yet. Eat at Béla's. It has nothing to do with our Bélan. It just means dear. However, everyone is really nice. The prices are the best in Funchal. We have eaten so well and so cheaply in rural places. Feel free to ask for the hamburger special. The Béla burger does not add more, but for 4 euros you get a sandwich that will make you fall on your back. The soup was also delicious. The beer is Coral as everywhere.
