This restaurant is worth discovering. It is located in a quiet square in the middle of the city of Funchal.
We were very happy about the great meat selection and the plates to share. Especially the roughly hand-cut tartare with a great seasoning was a dream.
The staff was friendly and helpful in the selection and quantity of dishes. It was also no problem to take allergies and intolerances into account and the dishes were modified by the kitchen.
The kitchen is small and you need a little patience. But it's definitely worth it!
Wheelchair accessibility: The terrace is easily accessible with ramps. I didn't visit the inside or the toilet.

The food was substandard.. Especially for that price. If we had visited the toilet before ordering, we probably wouldn't have eaten there. I had the Cesar club sandwich. Wash old bread with a lot of lettuce, mayonnaise and egg with chicken on top with a disgusting piece of skin.

The atmosphere and service at this place is excellent. We've been here on two different days and have loved it every time.
The waiters are some of the nicest and funniest people in town. They crack jokes and gave us some tips about what to do in the city.
And to top it of the food was amazing, we had some starters to share which were amazing. For the main dish we had the Picanha and Black Angus and it was some of the best meat I've had. Every sauce they had along with it was something to come back for, but the Chimichurri was the best for me.
If you ever feel like having a laugh together with some amazing food, this is the place in Funchal.

We've been here thrice and every time the service was wonderful. The food was delicious and the menu had a nice variation of meat and vegetarian options. After our dinner the waiter even gave us some great options for bars to go to afterwards. Thanks again, it was great!
