Ate here twice in one week. Excellent food and service by very friendly waitresses. I have dropped a star after our 2nd visit due to what we believe was the owner being quite angry in his demeanour and overbearing and delivering our bill before we had finished eating!!

The best Chinese food to ever exist! We stayed in Funchal for 5 nights, two of which we spent here, it was just so delicious, from the rice to chow mein, and the chicken balls 10/10 all around!!

I do not recommend this restaurant. Although the food was ok, the atmosphere and the level of customer service provided by the waitresses were reprehensible. The ladies stood in front of the table without any embarrassment - they were able to comment in their own language and laugh at the customer among themselves. One of the ladies could even approach the table and, after looking at the plate, turn to her friend and start laughing. After asking what the problem was, I heard that they were laughing about the stain on another waitress's shirt, which is downright absurd. I have never experienced such impertinent and intrusive behavior in a restaurant in my life. I would advise the owner to completely change the staff or at least introduce the ladies to training in personal manners, which they probably don't even know exists. Shame is an understatement.
