We both had fish and chips and one of the local breads with garlic butter, we were both really pleasantly surprised. The 2 ladies that looked after us were lovely and friendly. Thank you for a lovely lunch.

08/08/2024 We ordered the turbot and swordfish with sweet potato, mango and passion fruit with crispy steamed vegetables. Also bread with butter... All very delicious, a different combination of flavors. Highly recommended. Very attentive and polite treatment. Very sweet and smiling waitresses. The place and the terrace with a very cute decoration.

Don't order the salmon salad, it's a scramble with things they may have in the kitchen, banana, lentils, pineapple and the salmon that could have been open for a year, inedible, as for normal fish and chips. The service and the place are very good but the food leaves a lot to be desired

Strolling in the street, that’s when our serious mistake began. We ordered "limpets" as a starter. Questionable smell, overcooked, without any seasoning. Followed by a decent fish (although the sauce indicated on the menu was missing) accompanied by just boiled frozen vegetables. To flee !

We wilden vanavond bij de buren (Jazz) eten, maar die zijn gestopt. Heel vriendelijke dames lokten ons hier naar binnen (“Best in town”). Dat bleek erg overdreven. De start was goed: lekkere poncha en heerlijke bolo do Caco. De espetada was aardig, met heel veel en te kort gebakken friet en een eenvoudige salade. De picado bleek heel taai (ik vroeg om ‘rare’, maar kreeg doorgebakken), smaakloos in een waterig sausje met dezelfde frieten en twee tomatenschijfjes als groente. Daarna cappuccino: slappe koffie met slagroom. Het terras was prima, binnen was de geur niet te harden.

Were there yesterday. Nice service and nice terrace. Unfortunately the skewer we ordered was not “well done” as ordered but rather “rare”. After complaining we got a new one. The portion itself was small and the French fries were soggy. When the new skewer arrived, the French Fries were of course cold. Unfortunately the prices are also high. Beer 0.4l for €6.5 is an announcement. The day before I drank a side beer (0.3l) for €1.5 in a bar in the neighboring town. Today skewer in Porto Santo (including side dishes) was significantly cheaper - but saw almost double the portion. It was also beautifully and deliciously prepared...

Such a charming little restaurant tucked away in a corner with a beautiful decor both inside and outside. The ladies were the highlight, so sweet and accommodating ensuring to acknowledge and check in on you. I had the Galician octopus and it was much more to my palate than what I experienced in Galicia, but this is to each one’s own. Also tried the limpets which was a unique taste. Credit card accepted and ladies were all so darling I’d love to come back again to try the rest of the dishes.

I experienced a very nice, relaxed and amazing time in this restaurant. The waitress are very nice and welcoming. I could describe the food being the most delicious food I ever had in my life. I don’t remember exactly the name of the food but it was cod with prawn cocktail, sweet potatoe and vegetables. The second time I went there, I had pizza with prawn, it was delicious ❤️. The drink they had, with ice cream and wine… such a good experience. 100% worth eat in there ❤️

Ok che mi ha accolto una ragazza molto gentile e premurosa, ok che aveva opzioni vegane ma è stata una rapina. Ho mangiato un burger che burger non era, piuttosto era un timballo di patata americana e verdure, senza pane, con accanto patatine e un'insalata in cui ho accettato di aggiungere del tofu grigliato eil conto è stato 38 euro da sola. Esagerato!
