Very nice upscale restaurant in Funchal. Mostly non-vegan BUT two vegan/vegetarian options for starters and two main courses plus a deliciously presented vegan brownie. Excellent service. Very reasonably priced (dare I say cheap) for what you get. Highly recommended.
This restaurant wishes to give itself a gastronomic style with "chic" dishes (foie gras, scallops, filet mignon, truffle, etc.), unfortunately there is only the appearance, any lack of flavors and refinement , the products used are of poor quality. The service is appreciable, the interior room is noisy.

Amazing food. Unfortunately the deal doesn't provide a good selection of wines. They just provide house white or red after a small sparkling wine. They should provide dessert wine and a selection over the course of the meal. Not just house wines.
Last year Chris' food quality was similar but the alcohol selection in the past was loads better.
