I came for dinner with my family and we were immediately warmly welcomed. We started with the bolo do caco, followed by grilled tuna steak, black swordfish with banana and passion fruit and bolognese pasta. In terms of quantity/quality, it was quite good, we were well served. Very affordable prices. We drank sangria and poncha, very good and freshly made. For dessert, we chose passion fruit pudding and papaya and mango cheesecake, both very good, but I must highlight the passion...
Eten is prima, maar de niet op het menu aangekondigde 'service charge' van 10% komt daarna wat rauw op je dak. 'Iedereen doet het' is een mager excuus, want uiteindelijk bleek dit het enige restaurant op Madeira wat ons deze streek leverde.
