We really love this place. We love the simple menu and very well cooked fresh food. We have been twice it's so good. Both times we had the chicken served hot with a sort of piri piri, the best homemade fries with fresh garlic, superb Bolo do Caco better than anywhere else and a lovely fresh salad with Avocado. Simple food but the highest quality and nice friendly staff serving on. This place for us is one of the best kept secrets in Funchal, don't tell everyone.
This is our second time there in a few days because we were very impressed the first time. I have never eaten such delicious chicken as I did here.
The second time we ordered the mixed grill platter for 2 people (€31). You then have to order side dishes such as fries and or salad. The meat was again well prepared and very tasty! Absolute recommendation!
