Nice bakery
Friendly service, good queijadas and pastel de nata
If you want a good and cheap snack or pastry, you can't miss it here. Everything was delicious and the price was hard to beat
The more places we visit in Funchal the more "new" places we find. Never noticed this pastry shop come café before. Lovely typical interior. Only popped in for a quick beer on a warm lunchtime. Tima on a large bottle, Madge on the smaller Coral. Good value establishment. Took me a while to notice stairs down to the toilets. Well worth a visit to this friendly business.

(Translated by Google) A place that I highly recommend, quiet and yet very close to places very frequented by tourists. You will find yourself here mostly with locals and taste excellent pastries...(Original)Un endroit que je recommande vivement, au calme et pourtant très proche des lieux très fréquentés par les touristes. Decided to try a second pastel de nata shop in Funchal while walking. Disaapointed. Prices not displayed. More expensive than shop tucked away on Rua de Santa Maria 155. Crust thine and custard not nearly as tasty.
We really enjoyed the fresh queijada with perfectly brewed bica.
Liked the Cottage cheese cake, and sandwiches?
Very inexpensive coffee and Pastel de Nata. Thankyou.
