I bought 4 boxes of 4 pieces of chicken through Glovo. It is assumed that when you buy pieces you can choose which ones you want because they are individual pieces, not a pack.

I ordered WITHOUT wings and of the 16 pieces came 6 wings, 3 ribs (pure bone!), 2 breasts (one that arrived without the crispy skin, by the way), 2 rumps and 3 legs. This was practically the order I made as a customer. Appalling!

Honestly, I like KFC chicken but how complicated it is to buy what you really like takes away all my desire. I HATE wings and always have to waste pieces on this. Disastrous. They lose me as a customer.
