We had dinner last night at the “La vaca negra” restaurant. Welcoming staff who are also available to give suggestions on visiting the island. Excellent food, quality meat. We had a mixed grill and a fillet, the meat melted in the mouth and was very tasty. The perfect quality-price ratio. Excellent.

My friends and I ordered a filet, a T-bone and a mix-plate, with fried potatoes and a potato in the skin.
Everything was prepared perfectly.
We chose the cooking method "medium-rare", and it was exactly as it should be, as according to the sample table.
Both methods of preparing potatoes are absolutely perfect.
Fried potatoes are not fries, but something like "American" potatoes, but much tastier.
The whole boiled potato, baked in foil with a piece of butter, was also famous. It's probably due to the fact that local potatoes are really tasty.
The portion of meat is large, even if the weight is not indicated in the menu.
The price is very good considering the portion size and quality.
The wine for 16 euros on the recommendation of the waiter was also very good.
The staff is pleasant, friendly and professional.
Fry the meat on a huge charcoal grill.
After 19:00 there is a risk that there will be no free seats without a reservation.
