Not bad. We went to try it based on the reviews and what we ordered was not bad but we have eaten in other better places (what we liked the most were the mushrooms...). The menu is not very extensive and many options are with crab sticks... We would not return.

Very friendly and helpful staff, but unfortunately the food is very poor, the fried food is totally tasteless and tough while the fish is old.

All bad experience!
The staff do not know how to answer any questions about the menu, they are inconvenient and unprofessional, especially the men.
The food despite everything can be worse, little variety, sushi of questionable quality and poorly prepared. Clearly prepared in advance.
We ordered extremely spicy chicken without being told at any point that it was spicy.
Plot twist: there was a hair in one of the sushi rolls.

I quite like the food here. Of the sushi in Madeira, it is the best I have ever tried. My favorite option is to go for dinner, pay the entrance fee and eat free of the options on the menu.

The Asians who serve are very friendly, but there are a couple of small waiters, who are NOT Asian, who tend to be quite bitter. My husband thinks about going to Nagoya just because of those innkeepers and their lack of attention. The rest, all very good.

Of course, sometimes it is advisable to make a reservation because it usually fills up.

Parking: Possibility of parking within the shopping center, nearby hotels and on nearby streets.

I've been there countless times over the last 15 years. The food was once good and tasty, everything has changed. Every time I go there there is a different person on the ticket. It no longer has any flavor or quality...

Another westernized sushi restaurant.
Nice atmosphere though.
Reasonable food.
Atmosphere without any enhancement.
It's not bad but it could be much better.

Just meh. There is a set menu/all you can eat price, and while it’s not a buffet the stuff doesn’t seem to be made completely fresh.

We have been there twice; one time with my wife to discover the experience and taste; another time with kids, because it was cheap for them.
*Tepanyaki chicken and fish were tasteless, only thing that you can taste is fried oil
*We basecally tasted all the menu so we could find something that could be tasteful.
Prawns aren't cleaned completely, the digestive tract on the back wasn't removed. Taste was awful.
Only thing that was good was fried white fish.

*Service - slow, it seemed to me that only 1 person out of 3 was serving.

Also seems that soy isn't the original KIKKOMAN, lack of flavour, like it has been diluted. Even the reuse of the bottle is seen on the cap.
