Outstanding! Our favourite place in Madeira by a mile. The service was impeccable. Standout dishes were the starter of goat cheese pastry with pumpkin chutney. And the two mains we had of grouper with lime and seaweed risotto and fish filet with coriander squashed bread. An excellent, modern and fresh twist on traditional cuisine - thank you!
Only drawback was how hot it was inside given it’s an open kitchen - would have appreciated some aircon

The food was really good, one of the best meals we had during our stay in Madeira. I cannot say the same about the service, she wasn’t nice at all and pretentious. We ate in the terrace and it was as nicely decorated as the inside; the interior was a bit too dark for my liking, if you eat when there is still some sunlight. It was a quite expensive meal too compared to other restaurants in the island.

We ate here three times during our stay in Funchal. We tried the grouper, tiger prawns, duck, lamb shanks, oxtail croquettes, goat cheese pastry and bread along with some desserts. All were delicious. Staff was very friendly and recognized us on our return visits. Highly recommend.

During our holiday in Madeira we tried several restaurants, this one was undoubtedly the best. Elaborate and not overly abundant dishes. Open kitchen and always tidy. Price for 2 is around €25-30 each (a little higher than average), but it's absolutely worth it. A note of merit for the waitress, I presume the team leader, precise in her explanations and polite. Fully approved

Duck was INSANELY GOOD, the curry and squid dishes my friends had were great too. We’ve eaten out a lot during our trip so far (30 places(?)) and this is our fave food so far. Lovely and patient hosts too who served us with a smile when my friends tried different wines. Thank you
