Small mini market. What makes it special is the great variety of russian/polish/Ukrainian food selection.
The best one in Funchal that I have come across so far.

Unfortunately it has nothing to do with German bread quality. Mixed rye bread (supposedly fresh) was completely dry the next morning with cracks in the crumbs and the slice fell apart from dryness (see photo). But there's something wrong with the recipe, water content, sourdough or something similar. And at 6 euros per kilo, as a hobby baker I expect a significantly different quality. Sorry. I can't judge the rest of the goods, I didn't buy anything else. Service was friendly.

Some of the best sausage rolls I’ve ever had!
Best coffee and pastries!! And service!
Cute little café with a German owner, but unfortunately the shopping center has seen better days

Excellent
Very expensive
We were really looking forward to a German bread on vacation, but this doesn't have much to do with bread from Germany
Very tasty German bakery - located in the middle of Funchal ? in a shopping center that has definitely seen better days, but Bruno is great. Unfortunately we haven't made it to pretzels yet, they're always available "tomorrow" ??Absolute recommendation - 5 stars if we get pretzels ??
Delicious baked goods
