We visited the restaurant during lunch time - we ordered the brunch menu. The Belgian gaufre, kimchi toast and eggs benedict were excellent, well prepared; the service was equally good, and the atmosphere and decoration of the restaurant were spectacular. I recommend it to have a good time accompanied by delicious cuisine.

Managed to get a walk in outdoor table at c.9pm. The service was the best we've had since arriving on Madeira. The food was, generally speaking, brilliant. I would recommend the grilled octopus to start if you like seafood. Very positive experience and we would return.

I’m quite disappointed in this restaurant as I had great expectations! The food was great and the service was great up until we got served. After that, I never saw my waiter again. Multiple waiters help each other out and fill up other tables waters or they stop by and ask how they’re doing. Not once did I get asked if we were okay or if we were ready for dessert. I pulled one of the waiters picking up some plates to the side and asked if he could bring my waiter over. 15 whole minutes passed so I filled my own water, stacked up the plates on the side for them to pick up. I then got up asked the hostess to please take my order for dessert. I let her know about my bad experience and I know she let the manager know but not once did we get an apology.

We hebben hier een uitgebreid diner gehad. De service is van een zeer hoog niveau. Houdt hier wel rekening mee. Het eten was erg lekker en met zorg en aandacht bereid, maar persoonlijk voelde wij ons wat ongemakkelijk bij de hoeveelheid personeel aanwezig in de zaak ten opzichte van het aantal gasten.
Vegetarian options: Er zijn een aantal vegetarische opties (drie, op het moment), waarvan bij het voorgerecht de avocado op was; er was dus geen enkel vegetarisch voorgerecht mogelijk. Er werd ook geen alternatief aangeboden.
Parking: Parkeren kan in de betaalde parkeergarage van het naastgelegen Savoy Palace, waarna je om het Resort heen moet lopen om bij het restaurant te komen

The food is really good, we loved it. The menu is a bit confusing and not practical. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with ample space both inside and outside. The service is not the greatest, constantly having to call the waiters to serve you and even clear the table. In general it's worth coming back again.
