The quality of the food is reasonable but they lose out on customer service because whenever we order a pizza for collection at the store, logically it should be faster and not take 1 hour to make the pizza. That being said, this delay happens because they only decide to start making the pizza when the customer picks it up.
They really lack organization.

Ambience quite normal, we ate in the hotel.
