At lunchtime you can have a help yourself 2 course buffet for just €12 per head. This comprises a soup, mixed salads and 2 meat dishes with potatoes/rice and vegetables. Amazing value and delicious. We found all the food to be full of flavours and returned 5 times during our short holiday! A selection of newly made puddings and coffee is available as an extra cost if required. Our only deterrent from going every day is that this restaurant is situated at the far western side of Funchal so not very accessible if you are based in the centre of the city. Teaching staff and the students at this college for trainees in hotel management are all friendly and welcoming . Meals served 12.30-2pm. Well worth a visit!

The accomodation was really close to the sea and the city The negative side is that the internet is awful and if you get to stay here for more than 3 days you will get tired of the same breackfast they offer.Every day the same food and not a great diversity Inside is clean although it smells like mold maybe because of the humidity in the air The pool isn t as big as they show in the images but you can still have a good time The parking was ok no additional charges The staff was very friendly no doubt Overall it was a good place to stay but i would kindly ask the hotel to change the breakfast menu
