This restaurant was recommended to me several times and Google has good ratings. On my first visit I was not impressed with the cuisine. The second chance for the restaurant also remained unrealized. Sorry, but in my opinion it is very mediocre.
Look, I'll be honest....
I ordered a sirloin steak, it was wonderful, we had the buffet option, ok.
But where have you seen someone giving €2.25 for each juice? With €2.25 I go to a supermarket and buy a liter and a half of juice. At Recheio, a can of juice costs 50 cents.
I'm not cheap, but in a normal restaurant, a juice is 1.70/1.80

We felt very comfortable and were warmly welcomed and served. The food was the best we ate on this holiday in Madeira. The meat was super tender and the side dishes from the buffet (you can choose your own) were also very tasty. No matter whether it was a starter, main course or dessert - it was wonderful! Thank you for the friendly service!!
