Tasty, fresh food and the portion sizes were good. Plenty of space, easy access for disabled people or families with kids in a pushchair. By the main street and near city centre. Staff were nice. Great place to eat and drink for people on a budget .

CORRECTION - Restaurante Flor de Praia is locatd in "R Da Praia", just off the promenade. We popped in at lunchtime for a snack. The soup must be the best in town. The cod rissoles were excellent. Recommended.

Is it a cafe? Yes it is, but it also serves meals and how good they were. Very well served. Very good prices.We had chicken skewered with bacon and Madeiran steak.In an area of ​​high prices, they have this option that goes unnoticed by many but is very visible.
