The restaurant itself looks very nice from the outside and the inside. However, the boss not only takes care of the preparation of the food, but also takes orders or refills the wine. Which in our case meant that we didn't get the food we ordered. Instead of scabbardfish with banana, scabbardfish was served with shrimp. With the beef fillet we ordered, we didn't get the fries or the salad we ordered and when we asked where the side dishes were, the boss just said that he had forgotten them and that there was at least a small salad, but that was it already. Our conclusion: it's better to concentrate on one thing.

We always pay a couple of visits to to this restaurant each time we go to Madeira. Pity Deliveroo don’t cover that area!!!!!! Excellent food - never fails to deliver.
