Does not taste like Starbucks coffee... More like dirty water. The are not able to produce foam like it is usually at starbucks (everywhere else I had some)...

Awful and inacceptable! In the middle of the day just nearly everything was sold out. Three costumers in a row ordered three completely different things and all three were simply sold out. This is more than ridiculous - a Starbucks without Coffee - should i laugh or cry about this ?! This happened on October 20, 2021, but Google just blocked my old review without a reason.

It's unfortunate that when you ask for sweetener for your coffee, they say they don't have it. Lack of Store replenishment? But it will certainly not be the customer's fault, as suggested, because he did not warn when ordering that he was diabetic and needed sweetener.

We are here to satisfy our coffee cravings. Surprisingly Starbucks Madeira Airport is open at 7:10am on 11 April 2024 (conflicting operating hours from Google which says it opens at 8am). Coffee isn’t as thick as other international Starbucks branches, could be based on locals’ preferences.

We know it's an airport and that the prices are automatically Higher, unfortunately we I can not say the same about the quality, the espresso was worst than the average "tasca" coffe.

The shop is only a Starbucks franchise which might explain why it fails to adhere to worldwide Starbucks' promotions implemented in all continents, and countries from Africa to America.They are very mean to cut down in the choices they give to the Starbucks' customers and also don't know how to account for the points we accumulated on items we purchase elsewhere.It's a shabby place and they seem to be very proud to have their own island philosophy. Customers here should be prepared to pay for a simple courtesy, such as a smile. Horrible experience.

Not sure what all the bad comments are about… the drinks/food is pretty much the same as at any other Starbucks and the lady taking my order was very friendly.Yes, the floor could use a sweep, but tables and chairs were clean. And the view is definitely beautiful - sipping a frappuccino and looking at the Atlantic Ocean ?
