Arriving at the shopping center we were looking for a place to have breakfast. If we had known the welcome that awaited us we would have preferred to skip this meal. Waitresses pulling a 2 meter long face when the center has just opened and there are only 2 people seated. No smiles and sighs when we ask for information on the products! The waitress who rolls her eyes right in front of you because you ask her if she has lactose-free milk... what's more, the 2 people seated didn't know that you had to pay before consuming and after explaining to them, the waitress said to her colleague in a contemptible tone “please be patient...!”. Many people look for work and realize how lucky they are to have it, once they do. Others are clearly out of place and let you know. Regrettable because in this world we live in, a simple smile can make the difference.

Coffee specialties didn't taste good. Received lots of cent pieces as change. Unfriendly.
Super nice cafe, probably the best cafe inside the mall
Excellent cafeteria to share with friends and family in the Madeira forum, it is well located in the VIP area of the monumental area of Lido with a very tasty and exquisite menu of coffees that you can enjoy with the excellent attention of its employees and owner of a business that I have known for 20 years that it began in the Madera shopping mall and now offers its services based on the Lido best regards Pedro
This is apparently a flat white. Thought the staff just had a fight with each other and fell out. Reading the reviews apparently this is the standard… don’t recommend.
The lady behind the counter was so unfriendly, she looked like we bothered her and that was before we ordered. After we ordered i felt like just leaving, which we did when she told us they only accepted cash. So 90's.
Ordered but couldn't pay because they don't accept cards. Are we in the nineties? On top of that, the lady looked very bothered. Not a good experience.

Very nice coffee shop with fresh pastries and a very versatile menu for coffees.Had an iced vanilla latte which was very nice with a pastel de nata. We also had an orange juice and it was freshly squeezed.Great seating and nice atmosphere both indoor and out. Best place for coffee lovers out of the other cafes in this premise.
