This restaurant was a bit disappointing in terms of food. According to my son, this was a typical Portuguese restaurant that had a good reputation. I liked the choice in food against falcons. If you like organ meat, I think you can enjoy it here, but I don't like that. To be honest, I hadn't looked at the menu in advance. My husband had kio, which had a good taste but was dry. I had a dish with cod fish fillet. That dish was cold (as perhaps it should be?) and there...
Food and service were both amazing. We went back three or four times during our stay in Funchal because each dish was better than the next, and other places we tried just didn't match up. Authentic, high quality and served in a warm and friendly environment.

Great menu with special dishes. In any case, we enjoyed everything very much. We had reservations, which was necessary. The restaurant is relatively small and very busy.
