A rustic sports and tapas bar that is a little away from the hustle and bustle of tourism and the restaurant mile. There is a very good poncha there (€2.50) and it is the best for me so far. Very friendly boss and familiar, local atmosphere - that's how you have to experience Funchal.

The best Poncha I had the chance to taste. The local Pescador is absolutely unrivaled. I tried to taste Poncha all over the island and had to go back to this place a second time. And if I had more time, I would come back again. Hopefully I'll be able to do it again sometime and taste the Tapas.

A great local sports bar. Located in a quiet alley in the old town. We tried tuna sandwiches and octopus sandwiches - both were amazing. So well marinated! The octopus one was my fav!
