We went to this restaurant with meat eaters and weren’t expecting anything from the vegan options. I was impressed to see a couple of vegan options in all categories and they all sounded interesting and not just falafel on a plate. For starters I got the Tom yum soup with tofu and I am still thinking about it till this day. The broth was smooth, nutty and creamy. The tofu though was the star of the show! It was so soft and the way it had marinated had absorbed so much flavour. It was full of umami. My partner got the mushroom starter which was also good. The sauce was full of flavour and the mash was soft, however, my starter outshined it. For mains I got the eggplant which was cooked to perfection. It wasn’t too mushy, it was cooked perfectly. The smoked flavour worked so well with the sauce it came with and the mash. The sauce was sweet and worked so well! My partner got the stuffed courgette which again was good but not as good as my option. The courgette was filled with a great mixture of flavours and textures. The sauce on top was sweet and slightly spicy. For the dessert I got the chocolate mousse which I was a bit apprehensive about. I am so glad I picked it though because it was so delicious. It was a rich chocolatey flavour and the texture was light. On top was caramel popcorn and the slightly burnt flavour just elevated the whole dish. My partner got the Panna cotta and again, it wasn’t as good as my dessert. Everyone at the table (even meat eaters) agreed that I had got the best options all night. Full on flavour!
We were surprised by the great range of vegan dishes on offer. The starter with the lentil puree and fried mushrooms was delicious. As were the main courses with stuffed courgettes and aubergines. There were also delicious desserts in the form of chocolate mousse and coconut panacotta. The atmosphere in the courtyard was also very inviting
The vibe at the restaurant is extremely relaxed and vegan options are clearly labelled.
Deserves five stars!!! The atmosphere is amazing on the hidden terrace under grape vines and clear skies. The location, service and vibes were magical and we loved every second of our meal and evening. The food was incredible and so flavourful. The staff pays special attention to food allergies, intolerance and even food you don’t like. They are considerate and attentive, and the food was incredible. Would always always always come back to eat here!
This restaurant is somewhat hidden in a backyard, but really nicely decorated. The staff is very attentive and gives you the feeling of a more “fine dining” experience. We had sweet potato bread as a starter, and the server specifically asked if we were vegan or vegetarian or had any allergies. The bread and the accompanying spreads were very good. For the main course we had the Chana Masala (with chickpeas and rice). My wife liked it very much, I found it to be a bit bland. For dessert we had the chocolate mousse, which was amazing. Overall well worth a visit.
The restaurant offers 2 vegan starters, 2 main dishes and 2 desserts. Everything I tried tasted amazing. The waiters were very nice and asked about allergies and food we didn't like. For me, the best vegan food in Madeira.
They have a few vegan options for each course. They are clearly labeled and quiet interesting. Everything we had was delicious. Staff is very kind and accommodating. They asked for allergies/dietary restrictions and brought me vegan butter for the starter. Also served us a free amuse-bouche.
Came here for a birthday dinner at the end of April and the place didn't disappoint. Clearly marked choices on the menu, the venue is beautiful and the service friendly.
The price is a little bit higher but the food is out of this world. Some of the best vegan dishes I've had. The mushrooms with lentil paste and roast garlic was divine and the coconut panna cotta was delicious. Two vegan options for each starter, main and dessert.
Slightly on the pricier side but they and its a proper 3 course dinner type of place, many vegan options including desserts . I loved the chocolate mousse and the tom yum soup. My partner loved the fish dish too. Great wine selection.

Gorgeous 3 course meal - a proper treat. Lovely service too! Highly recommend.
Superb three course menu! I brought my family who aren’t all vegan and we all agreed it was the best meal we had this year! There were two vegan options to choose from for each course. The portion size was excellent and the food was some of the most flavorsome I’ve had. 10/10 from everyone and a good spot to bring those who aren’t vegan!
Super nice ambiance and delicious 3 course vegan dinner.
We came here with a group of 6 and absolutely loved the restaurant! Prices are very good for the quality of food and drinks you get (45€ per person for an excellent, weekly switching 3 course menu). You can pick and choose from different options across first courses, mains and dessert. The staff was very attentive of all allergies etc and even exchanged ingredients that someone simply did not like (we would’ve never mentioned it if they had not specifically asked for this kind of information). Food was great, portion sizes that definitely fill you up, it was quick and the service was amazing, all super friendly and attentive! We would come back any time and highly recommend this for a nice dinner.
