Great service, really nice staff! We had a wonderful evening. The food was very tasty and plentiful. The whole family is full and happy and the prices are reasonable. Gladly again

The place was half full. We ordered two burgers and they arrived about an hour later. Terrible service. Negative experience

Beautiful (inside and out) English pub in Funchal. Ideal location for a few nice beers (they also have some nice special beers) and watching a good football match. I didn't eat here (no judgement), but in terms of atmosphere and conviviality you really had a great evening here (recommendation)! The service is also very friendly and hospitable!

A nice old pub located on a corner. Good food, good drinks and good service. We came here a couple of times for something to eat and a few drinks. Recommend this place.

Typical pup. Fish and chips were ok. Lots of selection of drinks and beers.

The food is very tasty and the price-performance ratio is fair. We had a. Burgers, the Prince sandwich, the chocolate mousse and the Eton mess. The desserts in particular were very tasty. The service is attentive and friendly. We can highly recommend it!
The cocktails were also convincing.

The Prince Albert can probably get very busy at times. We didn't arrive until 8pm and it was almost fully booked. Thankfully we weren't fussy about sitting at high bar tables. The Angus burger was excellent though, as was the beef strips, however we did have to wait quite a while for our order to arrive.

It is a beautiful English-style pub, but sadly, the food and service left much to be desired.

The Cheese and Ham board set a promising tone for the meal, but the hamburger was a stark contrast. It was, to put it frankly, a disappointment. It was a frozen patty that was overcooked, lacking in flavor, and tough. Surprisingly, the bacon was the highlight of the burger. Unfortunately, the salad was bland and flavorless.

This is obviously a tourist place as the prices were much higher than the norm on the island. Many hotels in the area support the place, but I cannot recommend a visit.

Very friendly, comfortable pub doing excellent bar food (I had a really excellent, huge, tasty burger). Good ambience, mix of locals and tourists. Will be back

Nice atmosphere and fast, but not exactly polite service and all in all very expensive. In the future we will go to other bars where a cocktail doesn't cost €10.60
