Very good food, well served dish.
The price is worth it for the quality of the food.
Clean and organized environment, but the waiter's service is very bad, rude and with no patience to explain the dishes and what side dishes.
Unfortunately, I had restricted opening hours, otherwise I would have left the restaurant due to the service I received and the restaurant wasn't full, which doesn't surprise me given the way customers are treated.

Food - hard ribs that had to be torn off the bones, fries were flaccid (stale) and made with old oil, salad made of poor, unripe vegetables (e.g. "pale" tomato).We only ate because we paid and we were terribly hungry.However, after half an hour there was diarrhea.Give a wide berth. There are places in Madeira where you can eat well and cheaply. This is not one of them.

A reference in takeaway and nowadays it has lost so much quality in its products that it is systematically empty of customers. Even the beautiful chicken took the cake..Exaggerated price increase

A sirloin steak that measured 10x4x2cm.Weighed less than 200g(average between 3 of us, no steak was same size) accompanied by bitsy, half burnt potato chips. This was dinner, we left hungry. Had a bolo do caco, was tiny, size of a child's palm. I wanted steak from the salad buffet - at 7:30 pm there was none to be had. I was brought a green salad when we were almost done eating our steaks. We payed 17euros per steak! The bolo do caco was extra. The price, almost 60euros, for food that would not satisfy a 5 yr old. As a client of over 20 yrs, I said goodbye today. Never again?

Big thank you to Tourigalo for the excellent job at Quinta da Paz -Santo da serra at A&R wedding. Food was great rrally loved the octopus salad and the beef skewers. Staff were excellent very attentive and alwas ready to help Also big thank you to the chef for letting me watch her cook the traditional madeira Beef skewers. Really nice =)

Change of management felt
Before Covid, roast chicken legs were 7.50 per kilo, now 11 euros per kilo. Congratulations, with these increases, people are leaving it there and only the rich who don't know how to cook will be able to pay

It's not what it was anymore. From time to time I would arrive and see the place full and with appetizing food. Now, I arrived at the beginning of the month, I was hungry and had dry food. The staff were not the same, the quality of service was horrible, the person even grabbed the food with his hands and when questioned said they were clean. Needless to say, I will never set foot there again after this. Expensive, bad service and bad service. I left and made dinner at home.
