Very beautiful here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very good for when you're hungry every now and then and the price is also right. Coffee for € 1.50, beer 0.2 liter non-alcoholic € 1.20 and big beer € 3.50. The prices for drinks are perfectly reasonable in Funchal town. It's also very busy as many locals stop by to eat and drink. ❤️

I came 2 days in a row and couldn't find the soup at 1:30 pm? We served tuna and specifically asked for tuna in blood, and they brought us overcooked and salty and spicy salad The waiters are kind

We went here for lunch on recommendation from the captain of the Santa Maria de Colombo. The place was packed with local workers on their lunch break.
Our waitress was friendly and spoke English well. When I told her that I was gluten free, she understood perfectly and adviced me well.
The food was great and very cheap, certainly much more so than some of the more touristy places that we visited the last couple of days.
Dietary restrictions: The staff seemed knowledgeable, when I told them I was Celiac and adviced me well.
