A nice restaurant with plenty of vegetarian options. Highly recommended. We ordered a garlic naan, aloo gobi, pilau rice, steamed rice and mixed vegetables. I asked if the food could be made too spicy and that was no problem. There was certainly still enough flavor in the dishes.

Located in the old town of Funchal this is an amazing Indian restaurant when we came here in 2022 we visited twice and will be doing the same in 2024. we visited on New Year’s Eve service was amazing very authentic Indian dishes absolutely faultless. Definitely worth a visit.

Excellent restaurant in the old part of Funchal. Friendly staff without being overbearing, food was of excellent quality and so tasty probably one of the best currencies we’ve had. We had mo mo,onion bhaji and samosas to start and to follow I had the chichen butter curry and my partner had the Special Nepalese curry both with mushroom rice and a garlic naan bread all so tasty and well presented. We visited the restaurant twice and one we can highly recommend .

Great Indian cuisine in the "old fisherman's" area of Funchal. There's a lot of competition for food choices in the old town but this restaurant provides great food and service. Friendly waiters and owner.

Very nice staff and the food was excellent. Visited twice during our holiday. We had chicken tikka masala and another buttered chicken with pulau rice. Both were soooo good. And please try garlic naan bread, never tasted so good naan:

Very nice staff and excellent service, it’s nice to sit outside in December to eat. We both had Mountain Chicken Curry with Basmati Rice and a Peshwari Naan. It was all very good

Had a lovely vegetarian meal here, chana massala, my husband had paneer curry, absolutely delicious, andvrhe staff were very helpful, however but slightly spoilt by a couple continually smoking at the outside tables which blew into the restaurant.
