It was never crowded here in the evenings. We had pre-ordered 1 Cozido when making the reservation, but unfortunately it was no longer available that evening. The next day it worked and was delicious. 1 serving is easily enough for 2 people. Service was ok so far.

Very good food and excellent wine (terras de lava 2021 to taste)
The place is pretty. Small downside in terms of air conditioning, it is very hot.

It was the second time I had lunch in this restaurant. 1st time it was on February, the Cozido was amazingly cooked. This 2nd time it, the restaurant changed the location and it wasn't a good experience. The Cozido was served with old meat and old chorizos. The only thing good was the wine and the Cozido sauce.
Additionally, the service took long time - even to receive our payment. I had to get up and call an employee twice: once to advise them we were already ready to finish our meal (as we took a long time looking at the ceiling waiting for them) and another one to tell them we had already organized the payment (??). One employee even rolled her eyes after me calling them that we were already organized for like 15min - unnecessary.

In a sum, I'm not sure what happened here. With only 6 months of difference, the service and the food were completely different. I wish the old place, management and food could return.

We had a reservation and yet we waited 90 minutes and finally the waiter told us that instead of 4 they only had 3 cozidos. No apology etc. The food was bland and we didn't like it. You will find a better restaurant.

Very bad service. We booked in advance to go, they spent a while looking to see if we had a reservation or not, the place was empty. We asked if we could eat on the terrace since the air was not on inside and it was hot, they told us that we could only eat inside. It took them, without exaggeration, 30' to take our orders, there were two occupied, that is, the premises were empty. They took our drink and food at the same time. The waiters are quite rude. They charged us for a jug of water, which they filled from the tap, because we were watching how they did it. The food took a reasonable amount of time to come out and was nothing out of this world. When they brought the ticket they made a mistake and they gave us some extra drinks, it is true that in a super pleasant way (for the first time in the entire meal) they changed it for us and asked for our forgiveness. It was a disappointment for us since we like to try the typical food from where we are.

Binnen gestapt zonder te reserveren voor de cozido. Gelukkig konden we er toch gebruik van maken. Een heel groot portie met ruim voldoende gegaarde groente en vlees. Vrij vlakke flauwe smaak dus verveelt al snel. Wel vriendelijk personeel en vlotte service.
